I have lived here for the last 4 years. I enjoy it very much. The park is right across the street which my dog loves, there is a amazing rec center and gym a block away that is $10 a month because I live in The Helix in Glendale. Lots of parking, quiet and safe. My place has a actual wood fireplace which I love and is super rare to find. The management has switched hands a few times, but there are some really great office staff that have stuck around that make things really easy for me.

I lived at Helix two years ago and from there transferred to another Laramar property. I loved the enclosed patios and the brick walls were awesome for noise. The maintenance team was great at responding quickly or even talking me through quick repairs that I could fix myself over the phone.
